English File Intermediate (Fourth Edition)

This course covers the four main language skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing.

It has 10 units. Using general English topics, each unit includes:

• listening and speaking exercises;
• vocabulary and natural phrases;
• grammar points;
• reading and writing exercises; and
• everyday communication skills.

This course will expose you to longer texts in some more specialised fields. You will look at articles and reports on a range of different topics, enabling you to understand more complex language.
